Colin is our CEO of CS group. Under his leadership the group has grown sustainably from a small start up to the multifaceted organisation it is today. He has provided data management and business solutions into a wide variety of industries and sectors over his career. His focus on a good customer experience and providing a quality service has placed these core values into CS group culture. Currently focused on strategic development of new products and services that continue to meet customers changing needs, he undertakes significant SME engagement.

A forward thinking CIMA Qualified Management Accountant with strong experience in driving financial performance, continuous business improvement and streamlining processes. Responsible for all aspects of Accounts, Processes, HR & Admin to enable smooth process flows and supporting the business operations that supports our customers.
When I’m not crunching the numbers I perform as part of a Duo with my Brother and host open mic nights.
As a Senior Technical IT Director, I have extensive experience in developing and implementing IT strategies that align with organisational goals. I excel in leading diverse teams, managing complex projects, & overseeing IT infrastructure & security. My expertise in vendor relations ensures optimal technology solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. I am committed to staying at the forefront of technological advancements to enhance business performance & safeguard data integrity, adeptly bridging the gap between technical teams & executive leadership.
In my spare time, you can find me exploring the hills, paddle boarding along the beautiful Dorset coast.
I started working for Collate 25+ years ago, starting as an apprentice progressing to a director during this time. I run the Collate service department and collaborate with Sentinel projects. You will often find me out onsite assisting customers on migrations or issues requiring site visits.
My children enjoy a good laugh at my expense as when attached to a snowboard I tend to randomly cartwheel down the odd slope, Or being dragged head first when kitesurfing.
A dynamic professional specialising in graphic and web design, I lead innovative digital marketing strategies at Loose Connections Ltd.
With a knack for music production, I enjoy tinkering with ProTools and DJ turntables. When not crafting designs or beats, you might find me hilariously trying to stay upright while downhill biking! 🚴♂️
I’m experienced in managing people, infrastructures, managing costs and streamlining services with the aim to improve business operations within CS Group. I am a great communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills, I confidently work with all levels, senior management through to apprentices.

Throughout my career in technology, spanning corporate mainframes, school network management, software consultancy, and client account management, my focus has always been on people. I strive to ensure they have the right technology and knowledge to excel. As the Client Success Partner at CS Group, my primary goals are to provide exceptional service to our customers and help them stay ahead of the competition by making informed technology choices.
I combine my 22 years experience in IT sales, procurement and account management along with my organising skills into a multi-faceted role within Sentinel. I also add in for good measure PA to the IT Director.
I can turn any conversation into something about cats, and my singing is well known for being awful.
My job is to ensure timely and accurate accounts and financial information to the senior leadership team as well as supervising and overseeing the overall Accounts and Admin function.

I am a IT apprentice doing a 2 year apprenticeship. I work as a first line engineer under the guidance of Ben Shotter.
I enjoy gaming and working and learning about the inner workings of Tech specifically malware.
I coordinate and manage service requests, ensuring that everything is handled efficiently and with care. I act as the bridge between our customers and our internal teams, making sure that support needs are prioritised, scheduled, and followed through from start to finish. I’m behind the scenes making sure things move quickly, clearly, and with satisfaction in mind.
Fun fact I love building things from scratch—furniture, tech setups, IKEA puzzles… you name it.
I manage most new inbound tickets and support with any ongoing issues. I monitor and support the network equipment and servers for outages. I organise and schedule in all the updates and changes needed to be done overnight.
In my free time I like to step away from computers and enjoy walking in the new forest.
A dynamic professional specialising in Printer servicing and repair, I lead innovative digital Servicing and repair team. I have been in this industry for 30+ years running my own business and enjoying the challenge.
When not Fixing printers, I have a love of Live Music Playing guitar in a live band. Also, the call of sailing has a big draw on my time.
I have been working at collate for 8 years in the service department, my main responsibility is the installation of machines at customers. This means I must communicate with customers before, during and after the install process to ensure that the installs go as smooth as possible and that all functions are working correctly for the customer. I also provide field maintenance on machines and provide remote IT support to customers when needed.
I am I big AFC Bournemouth fan as a season ticket holder.
My Role is to proactive maintenance on supported devices on our RMM System. This includes running patches on Window machines, Macs and servers while monitoring outages.
I’m an avid football fan (Southampton) and play weekly for a team and the position I play is Goalkeeper.
I fix various hardware and software issues day to day via the service desk. This entails over the phone and email support covering issues ranging from device hardware issues to issues with software such as emails, Teams, browsers, printing, and bespoke software. VoIP is another one of my specialties.
A fun little fact is that I’m obsessed with Japanese cars and PC Gaming.
I’m a Website & Graphic Designer at Loose Connections designing and maintaining clients’ websites, and developing visual assets across print and digital media.
I’m a member of a 2 book clubs and love to travel, Florence is my favourite location as I love the art and history.
I coordinate projects and maintain positive relationships with the customers by providing updates and addressing enquiries. I work closely with engineers to ensure the project is running smoothly and is delivered on time. I also provide administrative support across the whole CS Group company.
I am ‘people person’ and enjoy social interactions and meeting new people. I’m always keen to greet our customers and offer them a cuppa on their arrival.
The Admin team deals with all three parts of the company, but I mostly concentrate on printer installation and servicing. I also pick up the phone and order the coffee for the office which is obviously the most important role in the office.
In previous lives I’ve been an electrician, a lighting designer and a tour operator and I speak pretty good Turkish having lived there for 20 years.
I’m a skilled printer technician specializing in the setup, refurbishment, and maintenance of multifunction printers (MFPs). Based in the workshop, I ensure new MFPs are configured to customer specifications and refurbished units meet top-quality standards. Beyond hands-on technical work, I manage inventory and stock levels to keep operations running smoothly. I also provide frontline customer support over the phone, helping clients troubleshoot issues and maintain uptime. With a blend of technical expertise and customer service, I’m committed to delivering reliable solutions and keeping businesses printing without a hitch.
